It was pretty much a combination of a lot of things that I love - descriptions of city life, a relaxed storytelling pace, mentions of rain, the effect strangers can have on people, and Yunjae of course.
Not everything an artist does is appealing to his audience. Not everyone understands that.
I also loved that line completely, and if I weren't as lazy as I am, I'd make a list of all the lines that struck me. XD
